Chuck Ralph
Chuck and his wife, Carol, have three children. He grew up in South Dakota and attended Catholic schools.  He graduated from the University of South Dakota and retired from the Zurich Insurance Company. 

Chuck joined the knights and Council 10208 in 2005.  He joined the Assembly in 2007.   He was the council’s Program Director for two terms, 2005 - 2007.  Chuck was named knight of the month in 2005 and he and Carol were family of the month in 2006 and 2008. 

He has coordinated the parishioner breakfasts for the past 5 years. He has been ordering the food for council functions the past two years and helps in the kitchen for most functions. 

For Sacred Heart of Jesus, Chuck is director of the ushers.  He and Carol were in charge of floor sales for the previous two treasure sales.  For the community, Chuck is active in the Animal Welfare League and in the Kiwanis where he is involved in a variety of fund raising and community service activities.

Rick Hiemenz

Rick was raised in Buffalo NY and attended Catholic schools.  He obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree from to Paul Smith's Jr. College, majoring in hotel and restaurant management after which he transferred to Michigan State University in the same major, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree.  

Rick is married to Karen Sue and has two daughters, Ginger and Heather, three grandchildren, and a step daughter. 

Employed by American Airlines as supervisor for Airline Catering in 1967, he accepted a job the next year with the Army (PX) and Air Force (BX) exchange Service (AAFES) which operate. stores and food restaurants located on military installations throughout the world.  His positions ranged from Inventory manager, facility manager, district manager, regional manager, and chief of marketing for the World Wide Food Service Division.  He has lived in Texas, Illinois, Nebraska, Ohio, Okinawa, Germany, Panama, and Korea. 

Rick retired in 1996, and moved from Flower Mound, TX to Hot Springs Village.  He has been working for the POA at the various golf courses for 14 years, and currently works at Cortez with responsibility for golf cart operations.  His hobbies include motorcycle riding, golfing, and cooking.  Fortunately, Rick has been very willing to share his love of cooking with our council. 

Rick became a knight in 1978 and joined the Assembly in 1999.  He held the offices of Advocate in1997-1998 and Deputy Grand Knight in 1998-1999 concurrently with the Program Director position.  This is the seventh time he has been named knight of the month (previously in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2005, and 2008).
