RESOLUTION:

WHEREAS:    Divine Mercy Council # 13829 of the Knights of Columbus desires to have one of its own elected to the position of State Warden and,

WHEREAS:   Brother Francisco Olguin has served his council as a Charter Member, Deputy Grand Knight for 1 year and,

WHEREAS:   Brother Francisco Olguin has served as Confirmation Instructor at St. Mary's Church in Siloam Springs and,

WHEREAS:   Brother Francisco Olguin is a Parish Council Member  at St. Mary's Church and,

WHEREAS:   Brother Francisco Olguin has served as State Family Director for the past 2 years and,

WHEREAS:   Brother Francisco Olguin is a member of the First Degree Team implemented at St. Mary's Church and,

WHEREAS:   Brother Francisco Olguin is certified Warden for 2nd & 3rd degree team and,

WHEREAS:   Brother Francisco Olguin has served as Chairman for Special Olympics in El Paso, TX at  St. Rafael's Council # 7563 and,

WHEREAS:   Brother Francisco Olguin is currently serving as  Arkansas State Family Director.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:   That the name of Brother Francisco Olguin is entered into the running for the position of State Warden.
