Art joined the knights in March, 2007 and became a 3rd degree member in January, 2008.  He has been       communications and meeting publicist since 2008.  He serves on the parish's Treasure Sale Publicity Committee and is an intake volunteer; delivered “Right to Life” crosses from Paris to HSV in 2013; assisted in the Blind Camp bowling activity; supports CPID via donations and on “tootsie roll” day; and, is an annual participant in the Village Cancer Walk.

Art has been an altar server since 2008, an usher substitute for Saturday anticipation mass when not  serving, and participates in the Couples Retreat at Subiaco and the Men’s’ retreat at Montserrat.  Art and his wife, Marna, chair the Newcomer Welcome Committee at Sacred Heart of Jesus.

For the Computer Club of Hot Springs Village which has 500+ members, he served two-year terms as vice president and as president.  He is a member of the Village Card Club By-Laws Committee, and, with Marna, develops and publishes a quarterly newsletter for their 70-home neighborhood.
