at the June 2 meeting, Grand Knight Ron Boudreaux was pleased to announce that Ed Miller earned the Knight of the Year Award.  GK Boudreaux commented about Ed not taking a break after completing his tenure as grand knight, but he played an integral part in the successes of both the Fall Fest and the Mardi Gras fundraisers.  As a member of Sacred Heart’s Disaster Response Team (DRT), Ed serves on its steering committee as well as coordinating the work of the clean-up crews.  Mary Ann and Ed were selected as Family of the Year for 2006-2007.

Ed was recently appointed District Deputy for the Knights of Columbus Area 10, including Benton, Mena, Hot Springs, and Hot Springs Village councils.
